Sealers (such as MAPEI's UltraCare® Grout Sealer) are designed to penetrate into grout and fill the voids so that dirt and stains stand no chance of bringing down your hard-earned tile design. Here are some tips on how to ward off those unsightly stains through grout sealing.
Grout paint or grout colorant is a special paint that you can use to cover up old, dirty or brown grout to give your tile floors a refresh. It restores the discolored grout color back to its former glory.

Excess Grout

This really works! The grouting around the tiles in our kitchen and bathroom was looking very tried with several black damp spots.
