Remove infected plants from the garden. Removal of infected plants will help limit the disease's spread. Soil sterilization or fumigation will eliminate wilt fungi from the soil but are impractical for home gardeners. Soil replacement should be considered.
Treating fusarium wilt of tomatoes is not possible. Affected branches or entire plants can only be destroyed, as they will die eventually. Prevention is the only way to avoid the damage of fusarium wilt in your tomato garden.
There is no effective fungicide or other cure for Fusarium wilt. The pathogen nearly always kills infected hosts. Prevention and exclusion are the only effective management strategies.

You can often get rid of the verticillium wilt fungus in the soil by solarization. Soil solarization heats up the top 6 inches (15 cm.) or so of soil to temperatures high enough to kill the fungus. Prepare the soil by tilling or digging and then wetting it down.

The major differences in these wilts are: 1) The fungi proceed slowly in the host relative to bacteria and produce more uniform symptoms through the plant. 2) In bacterial wilt, symptoms appear from the top down, whereas in Fusarium and Verticillium wilt, symptoms begin at the bottom of the plant and progress upward.
In general, however, Fusarium wilt diseases are best controlled by using resistant or tolerant cultivars, not by using soil applied fungicides. Liming soils and using nitrate nitrogen fertilizer have been effective for management of F. oxysporum on chrysanthemum, aster, gladiolus, cucumber, tomato, and watermelon.
It's not unusual for a tomato plant to appear vigorous and thriving one day and then be a limp collection of stems and leaves the next. Wilt is a sign of stress that needs to be addressed quickly to save the plant. Unfortunately, wilt is often not curable, but it can be prevented.
Indeterminate tomatoes can have from one to many stems, although four is the most I'd recommend. The fewer the stems, the fewer but larger the fruits, and the less room the plant needs in the garden.
Overwatering generally makes the plant look almost like it's rotting, as in drooping and turning soggy brown. My guess is it is having Nitrogen problems. Any type of vegetable fertilizer you buy at the store should work fine.
Fungal and bacterial wilts display many of the same or similar symptoms of other plant diseases and disorders, making diagnosis sometimes difficult. However, the most prominent symptom in fungal wilts is xylem vascular discoloration and in bacterial wilts the presence of bacterial ooze, vascular discoloration and rot.

Bicarbonates. Sodium bicarbonate can be successful against plant garden infections when utilized with oil. Though botanical fungicides are always advisable due to their effectiveness, potassium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate provide better disease control and plant wellbeing than sodium bicarbonates.
Soap sprays made by mixing liquid dishwashing soap (in amounts from one teaspoon to one tablespoon per liter) with water have been used to prevent fungal infestations with great success by thousands of home gardeners.
