Perform the door handing process, following the instructions inside the installation guide. The battery is too low to lock the door. This is indicated by the keypad flashing red three times with three beeps. Remove the batteries and replace with a fresh set.

If you hear 2 short beeps, it means that the turnpiece rotated to unlock position. If you hear 1 long beep, it means that the turnpiece rotated to locked position. If you hear 10 short beeps and 10 short red flashes, it means low battery.
If your Electronic Door Lock is beeping and the buttons are flashing red, this means that there's been some kind of error or the batteries are low. If the batteries have already been changed and you still see a red flashing light when you try to use the lock, there could be an error with the lock.
On my Smartcode 888, the lock button flashes red with fast beeping sounds for three to four seconds. This is a low battery alert. Please replace you batteries.
How do I know when the batteries are running low on my Smartclode 909/910 deadbolt? There are two low battery indicators on the unit. The LED light on the interior side of the lock will flash red when the batteries are low. The keypad will also flash red when the batteries are low.

Lockout Mode or Time Delay
Many safes go into penalty lockout mode if too many wrong codes are entered. Depending on the type of keypad, it typically emits a rapid series of beeps. If this happens, wait 10 to 20 minutes, and try again. Your safe also may have a time delay.
On my Smartcode Deadbolt, Keypad flashes red 15 time with 15 beep (beeping sound will only be heard if switch #3 is on) You've entered three incorrect codes within one minute. Please re-enter your code after 60 seconds keypad lockout.
Replace batteries with new ones to ensure that lock is properly powered. Typical battery life based on 10 entries per day is 10-12 months if the door is properly aligned and the lock does not encounter interference in lock/unlocking the door.
If your Android keeps beeping, first check for any missed notifications. Disable notifications from apps causing the issue in settings or turn off connectivity settings like NFC. If all else fails, try restarting or resetting your phone, but use caution as this may delete personal data.
Keep holding the button for 30 seconds until the lock beeps and the status LED flashes red. 3. Press the Program button once more. When the LED flashes green and you hear two beeps, the lock has been reset.
When trying to lock a system, three red flashes can often be the signal that something is amiss. Whether it's an incorrect or disabled user code, this warning flash could denote there are some access issues ahead!
Programming Timeout
During programming, if no button is pressed for five seconds, the system will time out (indicated by three beeps and a red flashing keypad), and you will need to restart the procedure.
