Because heatpump dryers dry at a lower temperature they can take longer to complete the drying cycle than a condenser model without heatpump technology. The best way to check the drying time is on the energy label.
You should be able to accelerate drying times, by using a higher/highest spin cycle on washing cycle, to extract as much moisture as possible.
Check that the appliance is cleaned properly
Your dryer might not be able to dry laundry completely if the lint filter is clogged. The lint filter gathers fluff and fibres from clothes and needs to be cleaned after every drying cycle. The lint filter is located on the inside rim of the door.

Heat Pumps Rely on Electricity.
Since the primary power source of a heat pump is electricity, power outages can interrupt operation. Of course, many traditional HVAC systems share this limitation; investing in an auxiliary power source can limit your risks.
We recommended giving the filter and housing a deep clean every few months. Just wash the filter under the tap and use a vacuum cleaner on a low suction setting to clean the lint filter housing. Make sure the lint filter is completely dry before you replace it.
If you notice dry times are slower, or your clothes remain damp after a cycle, make sure your lint screen is clean and that the vent hose behind your dryer isn't crushed. Keep in mind that larger laundry loads can take longer to dry, depending on the size of your dryer.
When the screen is full of lint it can prevent the proper circulation of hot air, leading to longer drying times. To maximize airflow clean your lint screen after each drying cycle. Simply pull out the screen, remove the lint with your hand or a paper towel and replace it.
Just as with washing clothes, drying a full load of clothes is much more energy efficient than only drying half a load or less. 16. Dry towels and heavy cottons separately.
