Standard UltraVue is the Original fiberglass version designed for the clearest visibility and primarily used in windows and doors. Standard Ultravue is a very light weight fiberglass screen a used when visibility is desired. UltraVue comes in 25', 50' 100' and 300' rolls.
Fiberglass screens provide good air flow as well as good outward visibility with minimal sunlight glare. These screens are also durable and don't tear as easily as fiberglass. Aluminum screens are rust resistant and won't sag. They're resistant to tears and more durable than fiberglass.

These screens are sometimes called "invisible screens," "invisible window screens," or "transparent window screens" as they appear invisible when compared to the outward visibility of standard window screens.
For this reason, charcoal or black are more popular choices for aluminum, and they also appear almost invisible from the inside. You'll also need to select a color for the frame that holds the screen in place.
For the best outward visibility that reduces glare and allows you to more clearly see “out” without others seeing “in,” look to darker color screens in black, brown or a rich dark bronze. Screens with darker colored fabrics on the outside provide more privacy than lighter colored fabrics.
The gray screen absorbs ambient light that strikes it better than a white screen does. In so doing the black level on the screen is maintained.
Ultravue® Screen
Looking practically invisible when installed, Ultravue® is an incredibly high-visibility screen that is designed to increase your visibility outwards by 50% as well as increase airflow by 25% compared to most window/door screens (standard fiberglass screen mesh).

Using dark mode is helpful in that it's easier on the eyes than a stark, bright white screen. However, using a dark screen requires your pupils to dilate which can make it harder to focus on the screen. Why does eye dilation make it harder to see? Optical Properties/View Through
Dark colors absorb more light, therefore reducing glare. This also translates to view through. People are always surprised to learn that dark colors in solar screen offer superior view through and are best if you wish to preserve your view.
When it comes to color combinations, your eyes prefer black text on a white or slightly yellow background. Other dark-on-light combinations work fine for most people. Avoid low contrast text/background color schemes. If you wear contacts, your eyes have to work harder when staring at a screen.
