No. Concrobium Mold Control contains no harmful chemicals. It contains no VOC's, is colourless, odourless, and does not off-gas. However, it is recommended to wear personal protective equipment such as an N95 respirator, gloves, goggles etc.

A great product! We had walls and ceilings covered with mold from water damage. We used a scrub brush and Concrobium and all the mold disappeared. We washed the surfaces and used a primer to prepare the walls and ceiling for paint.

Both Concrobium Mold Control and hydrogen peroxide-bases agents remove mold with a high “kill rate.” They are highly effective at killing active mold growth. Unfortunately, even though these cleaning agents kill mold, they leave dark, ugly mold stains behind.
Vinegar typically performs best on mold when it is used undiluted in full strength. Simply transfer the white vinegar into a spray bottle. Spray the vinegar directly onto the mold. Do not rinse or scrub.
Allow to dry for 24 hours and then repaint. To prevent regrowth, retreat the newly painted area with Concrobium Mold Control – ensuring first that the newly painted surface is dry.
APPLICATION TO PREVENT MOLD
Apply Concrobium Mold Control on area until evenly wet. If desired, wipe off excess wetness. Allow treated surfaces to dry completely.

Concrobium Mold Control does not contain any VOCs and does not off-gas. However, if you're in an area with heavy mold growth, a mask would be a good idea to limit your inhalation of harmful mold spores. If fogging, it's a good idea to avoid breathing in excessive moisture from the fog.
