Most low-flow showerheads have a rubber pressure-reducing valve (called a regulator) to maintain a lower pressure. You can increase the flow by simply taking it out. You could also consider enlarging the hole that allows water into your showerhead with a drill to increase the amount of water coming through.
Low water pressure in the bathroom is an indication that something is not quite right within your bathroom's plumbing systems. While several factors can cause weak water pressure, common culprits include a broken pressure regulator, faulty water heater, clogged fixtures, or a hidden leak.
Depending on your current flow rate, you may be able to increase the flow simply by removing the filter or restricting device or replacing the showerhead with a higher-flow model, such as increasing to a standard 2.5 GPM head. Before you change the showerhead, make sure that the new model is legal in your area.
If it's a sink, the most common causes are a clogged aerator or clogged cartridge. You can remove both using a pair of pliers, and clean them with a mix of water and white vinegar to scrub away limescale buildup.

Clogged aerators and clogged cartridges are two of the most common causes of low water pressure in a sink.
One of the simplest reasons for the lose of shower pressure is a blocked shower head. Shower heads accumulate mineral residue when the shower head is in use. Once the water has been shut off, over time these mineral deposits will bond together and create a limescale build up inside your pipes or shower head.

Look on the main supply pipe near your water meter for a conical valve that has a bolt sticking out of the cone. To raise pressure, turn the bolt clockwise after loosening its locknut. Keep an eye on the gauge to make sure the pressure is within bounds, then retighten the locknut.
If you're suddenly getting low water pressure in one area of the house… ...the supply pipes to that area may either be corroded, leaking or blocked. If all the fixtures in an entire bathroom or the entire kitchen are suddenly getting low water pressure, you can trace the issue to the plumbing pipes.
More often than not, no water pressure in the shower, bathrooms and other parts of the house are caused by your pipes or drains being blocked. You may also have a broken or leaking pipe. If this is the case, you may notice a damp smell, an increase in your water bill or water on your carpets or walls.
Restrictive valves on the showerhead: A low-flow showerhead may have been fitted to your shower, or your showerhead may have a valve that restricts the flow of water. These restrictors are put in place to help save water. However, sometimes they may limit it too much.
High pressure shower heads work much better than low pressure shower heads. This is because water that is sprayed at high pressure can reach all areas of the body and cleanse them more thoroughly than low pressure water.
To compensate for variations in pressure, flow restrictors decrease the volume that water flows through when pressure increases. Likewise, the opening will widen when pressure decreases. This allows the flow rate to maintain constant while the pressure fluctuates.
Normal psi for a home pipe system is between 30 and 80 psi. While you don't want the psi to be too low, it violates code to be above 80. Instead, you should aim for a psi that's between 60 and 70.
A water pressure regulator, if you have one, is usually located where the main water line comes into the house and after the main shut off valve. This way if you need to work on or change the water pressure regulator you can simply shut off the water main to do so.
A quick and easy way to increase water pressure is to adjust the pressure-reducing valve, which can be found in your home, usually close to your water meter.
Water systems which operate at 1.0 bar pressure (10 m of drop) or greater are considered high pressure systems. Those with a pressure less than 1.0 bar are considered low pressure. When you're ready to choose a tap or shower, you'll find the water pressure it's suitable for will be clearly labelled.
Fixes for Low or No Water Pressure in Bathroom Sink
Remove and clean the faucet aerator thoroughly, or replace it with a new one. Remove and clean the flow restrictor, increase the size of the flow restrictor hole, or remove it entirely and replace the aerator without replacing the flow restrictor.
