Press the “A” button in the upper left corner for ~10 seconds (the clearing process will be signaled with a beep). This will clear any previous pairings from the lock. Restart the “Add Lock” process within the Premis App, and you should be able to “find” your lock and complete the pairing process.
My Lock Won't Pair
Remove the battery pack. Press and hold the A or Program button while reinserting the battery pack. Keep holding the button for 30 seconds until the Lock beeps and the status LED flashes red. See the Installation and Programming Guides section for button locations for your Lock model.
