Use an ammonia solution: An ammonia solution of about 2.5 dl (1 cup) of ammonia per 4 litres (1 gallon) of water can be used to dissolve the build-up that's causing the haziness of your floors.

You can clean the residue off tile and wood floors and then rinse using a clean mop and water. Clean with a steam mop to remove the sticky residue easily.
When you use a traditional mop and bucket you aren't cleaning the floor you are just spreading dirt! Hence the reason you will find your floor continues to feel sticky once you have mopped it. Another point is you are leaving the floors wet which allows the dirt off your shoes to be transferred back on to the floor!

The first and most basic cleaning action on the laminate floor is dry cleaning. If the footprints and other dirty spots are free from oily and greasy components, dry cleaning and using your vacuum cleaner can be enough to deal with them. So, dry clean the laminate floor at least once or twice a day.
The best way to clean an entire room with laminate flooring is to use a damp microfiber or spray mop such as a Swiffer. These pick up dirt and grime without leaving streaks or pools of water. When washing a reusable mop head, don't use fabric softener, as this can leave residue behind the next time you clean the floor.
