Dilute ¼ cup of Pine-Sol® in one gallon of warm water. Dampen a sponge in the mixture, wring out so it's just damp to wipe away grease, grime and dirt. Optional: Scrub stubborn messes or stains with full strength Pine-Sol®, using a sponge or soft cloth. Finish by rinsing with water and wipe kitchen cabinets dry.
On wood surfaces, do not allow puddles of product to remain. Pine-Sol® is not recommended for use on marble, aluminum, or unsealed, waxed, oiled or visibly worn wood.

Use 50% water and 50% distilled vinegar for a streak-free look. If your kitchen glass cabinet has wooden mullions, then do not spray the distilled vinegar directly on the surface. Instead, spray onto a cloth and gently wipe.
A mixture of 1 part Chlorine Bleach, (Clorox) to 32 parts water (½ cup bleach per gallon of water, or 4 teaspoons bleach per quart of water) will need to sit on surfaces for 5-10 minutes in order to disinfect them. We found this did not harm either of our wood finishes.
What is this? Pine-Sol is more acidic than Fabuloso, which gives it an advantage in breaking down stubborn stains and complex messes caused by grease. Pine-Sol Original is the only liquid cleaning solution that disinfects.
Steps For An Expert Clean
Mix ¼ cup of Pine-Sol® for each gallon of water. Dampen a soft sponge, cloth or mop with the mixture to wipe down the surface. Scrub stubborn spots with a gentle scrub brush or mop. Use Pine-Sol® full-strength if needed, following up with a water rinse.
Most people won't have any noticeable reaction to modern Pine SOL containing glycolic acid if it comes in contact with skin. In rarer cases, it can cause skin irritation. It is also quite safe in case you accidentally ingest it. Seek medical help if you start to experience an allergic reaction.
Pine-Sol vs Lysol
Lysol works just like Pine-Sol and will get rid of bacteria, fungi, mold, viruses, etc. after getting into contact with the surface for at least ten minutes. However, it may not be as effective if there are organic materials.
Vinegar: Although vinegar is a fantastic natural disinfectant, it's also an acid. If used undiluted or mixed with water, it can ruin a wood's finish on contact.
Create a cleaning solution with 1-part baking soda, 2 parts warm water and the lemon juice. Add the solution to a spray bottle and spray the liquid onto the kitchen cabinets. Leave for 2-3 minutes, allowing the baking soda to work its magic. Use the soft sponge to gently scrub the grease away.
The sticky residue found on your kitchen cupboards is usually caused by cooking grease and dirt, but it may also be the residues left by some cleaners. No matter what its source, a sticky residue is unappealing and damaging to your kitchen cabinets.
After wetting your brush with warm water, add a little baking soda, then scrub away on the cabinets. Follow with a damp, warm cloth to remove the residue. Not only will the baking soda cut through the grease, but it's also non-abrasive, so it won't harm your wooden cabinets.

Instead, I have found that a spray bottle with a Pine Sol/water mixture is a life saver. I grabbed a few inexpensive spray bottles at the store a while ago, at about $2.00 a bottle. For every 1 cup of warm water, I add 1-2 tbsp Pine Sol. Spray, wipe, move on!
Cleaning toilets and disinfecting toilet bowls is easier with these tips. Pour Pine-Sol® directly onto a sponge, rag or scrubbing brush. Wipe down the toilet tank, lid, seat cover and outside of the bowl, reapplying more cleaner as needed. Rinse each surface with water.
