To calculate how much of a weaker spirit or water you need to add to dilute your alcohol: Multiply the concentration of the weaker spirit in % (0% for water) by the volume of the stronger spirit. Vinegar has been proven to have some disinfectant properties, however it's not nearly as effective at killing harmful viruses and bacteria as commercial cleaners.
