The strongest cleaners use ammonia or bleach to get rid of soap scum. However, these may not be safe for all surfaces, and require preparation and care when handling. Plant-based cleaners can also lift soap scum away with a foaming agent, and DIY options include baking soda and white vinegar to dissolve soap scum.
Well, if you've flushed a soap bar down your toilet and it's now stuck, you could try pouring hot water into the toilet bowl to loosen it up. However, if that doesn't work, you may need to use a toilet snake or auger to break it up and clear the blockage. You can also try using a plunger to dislodge it.
White vinegar and dish detergent
