Don't use ammonia or ammonia-based cleaning solutions. Ammonia can break down the vinyl and cause it to crack. Don't use a steam cleaner on vinyl plank flooring. Though vinyl can sometimes be impervious to water, it won't stand up to both the water and the intense heat produced by steam cleaning.
Squeaky Cleaner, COREtec Clean Spray, and Bona Pro are great for the kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and any other room in your home. They're ideal for vinyl floors and work on a variety of hard surfaces. You can order a single 32 oz. bottle or gallon of concentrate.
Some LVP manufacturers warn against using swiffer products as the chemicals can cause deterioration. Also those products attract dirt. Just use a damp warm mop and no vinegar.

LVP floors are designed to be low-maintenance, but several factors can make them look dull over time: Dirt and Dust Buildup: Daily traffic can lead to a buildup of dirt and debris. Even fine dust particles, when left uncleaned, can create a haze over your floors, making them look less shiny.
A dishwashing soap like Dawn is the best way to clean vinyl plank flooring because it will cut grime and grease without stripping your floors or damaging the wear layer. Mix about an ounce of Dawn dish detergent with a gallon of warm (not hot) water for the best results in loosening filth from your floors.
Pine-Sol is also safe for luxury vinyl wood plank flooring and vinyl tile flooring, so long as used with a dry mop and you do not saturate the floors.

Heavy furniture and commercial appliances getting dragged around are one of the main culprits for destroying luxury vinyl floor tiles. Sometimes things need to be moved, and it's out of your control whether the furniture is lifted correctly or dragged across the floor, causing nasty scrapes and marks.
Apple cider or even white vinegar are great natural cleaners for vinyl flooring.
Never use an abrasive detergent. Instead of providing you with the desired shining floor, vinegar or "mop and shine" products could leave a film on your film. Use wax polish sparingly. On your floor, never use an abrasive scrubber.
Wipe up any spills or stains right away. Damp-mop weekly with a mild, non-abrasive floor cleaner and a microfiber mop.
Routine Care And Maintenance:
Do not use abrasive cleaners, such as steel wool or scouring powder, as these may scratch your floor. Do not use cleaning products that contain surfactants. Dish lotions, laundry detergents, Murphy Oil Soap cleaners should not be used to maintain your flooring.

You should also mop with a damp cloth or mop using a mild cleaner such as dish soap or vinegar diluted in water once a week. Make sure you dry any excess moisture immediately after mopping so it doesn't cause damage to the flooring material.
DO NOT use All-Purpose or Multi-Purpose cleaners, detergents, abrasive cleaners or “mop and shine” type products (such as Bleach, Pine-Sol, Clorox Soft Scrub, Fabuloso, Rejuvenate, Mop & Glo, Mr. Clean, Murphy's Oil Soap and similar, unapproved cleaners), as they will dull the finish and sheen of the flooring material.
Commercial vinyl floor cleaners are available, but you can make a simple, effective cleaner for vinyl floors by mixing apple cider vinegar with water. The vinegar's acidity removes dirt without leaving a soapy film. Mix one cup of cider vinegar with a gallon of hot water.

Polish your floors with an pH neutral vinyl cleaner and mop going in the direction of the grain. Alternatively, use diluted vinegar or rubbing alcohol to make your floors shine. Wipe your floor with a damp cloth or mop after using a cleaner to remove residue.
