R422D is a non-ozone depleting HFC based refrigerant designed for the replacement of R22 in refrigeration and air conditioning direct expansion systems. R422D offers similar performance to R22. R422D should not be used in flooded systems.
R-422B capacity is 12% lower than R-22, an additional 5% lower than MO99. Mass flow rate of R-422B is 20% higher than R-22, an additional ~10% higher than MO99. R-422D capacity is 8% lower than R-22, similar to MO99. Mass flow rate of R-422D is >30% higher than R-22, an additional 20% higher than MO99.
The hydrocarbon component in R422D helps promote oil return in systems containing mineral oil or alkylbenzene.
From what I read so far mixing up / topping off R22 with R422B is not recommended (acid formation).

The pressure can become high enough for parts of the system to rupture. At the very least, leaks will occur.
Use a mineral oil (MN), alkylbenzene (AB), or polyol ester (POE). Check with Climalife regarding the viscosity of the oil selected for your application, and the miscibility with the fluid under consideration.
Never mix refrigerants in a refrigeration system or recovery cylinder. Any refrigerant mixing creates a non-reclaimable mixture that will cost you or your customer more money in disposal fees.
Allows for use in existing equipment. Genetron 422D makes replacing R-22 in an A/C system easy. In most situations, just recover the R-22, replace any of the critical seals, recharge the system with Genetron 422D, and perform normal checks. Works with existing expansion devices in most cases.
What happens if R-22 gets mixed into an installation of Freon™ MO99 that is not properly labeled? Mixing refrigerants is never recommended. However, based on the similar operating conditions of Freon™ MO99 and R-22, system damange would not be expected.

Product Information. A retrofit blend that is designed to match R22 in air conditioning applications. There is a slight reduction in capacity which would result in slightly longer run times. Systems that were previously retrofitted to R417A can operate with a replacement charge of R422B.

So… what refrigerant can be mixed with R-22? None. You can't mix refrigerants.
Until 2010, R-22 was the most frequently used refrigerant in air conditioners and heat pumps. Because R-22 causes ozone depletion, the Environmental Protection Agency required manufacturers to phase out its use. In 2015, R-410A became the standard refrigerant used.
