DO NOT use All-Purpose or Multi-Purpose cleaners, detergents, abrasive cleaners or “mop and shine” type products (such as Bleach, Pine-Sol, Clorox Soft Scrub, Fabuloso, Rejuvenate, Mop & Glo, Mr. Clean, Murphy's Oil Soap and similar, unapproved cleaners), as they will dull the finish and sheen of the flooring material.

Vinyl flooring should be dry-mopped or vacuumed daily or weekly and—when a deeper cleaning is needed—damp-mopped with a pH-neutral cleaning agent formulated for use on vinyl or with a mild solution of equal parts distilled white vinegar and water mixed with two to three drops of dish soap.
Please, PLEASE DON'T USE MURPHY'S OIL SOAP on any wood floor. I own a flooring store so I have experience with ton's of different types of wood flooring. It will damage the finish on the wood after using over time. It will start lifting the finish off the floor.
Mix a solution of apple cider vinegar — or white vinegar if you want to disinfect — and hot water to mop your floors, rinsing the head of the mop frequently with hot water. When dealing with particularly dirty floors, you can add a few drops of dishwashing soap to the mixture.

QUICK AND EASY
Simply take the bottle with you as you mop, squirting the liquid where you need it and following up with a wet mop. When you're short on time, you can use Murphy® Squirt & Mop to clean up spills, remove tracked-in dirt or spot clean.
Pine-Sol is also safe for luxury vinyl wood plank flooring and vinyl tile flooring, so long as used with a dry mop and you do not saturate the floors.
WHAT ABOUT RESIDUE? One critical question when finding an effective hardwood floor cleaner is whether it will leave a residue. When diluted properly, Murphy® Oil Soap Original Formula does not leave a residue.
Generally speaking, most luxury vinyl planks can be cleaned using soap and water and don't require a special LVP cleaner. A dishwashing soap like Dawn is the best way to clean vinyl plank flooring because it will cut grime and grease without stripping your floors or damaging the wear layer.
Swiffer wet cloths are designed to be used on most floor surfaces, such as: vinyl.
Using natural substances like vinegar or baking soda can an effective, gentler cleaning method. In addition, removing stains from vinyl tile, planks or sheet vinyl flooring this way is more budget friendly and safer for pets. Baking soda is a natural method that avoids harming the finish.
Do not use wood cleansers, like Murphy Oil Soap. It will leave residue on the surface and look streaky. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, like scratchy sponges or steel wool. Even baking soda, when applied and rubbed aggressively, may damage laminate floors.
Applying a Vinyl Floor Polish
One of the most effective ways to bring back the shine is by using the best vinyl floor polish. These products are designed specifically for vinyl and can significantly enhance the glossy finish.

Commercial vinyl floor cleaners are available, but you can make a simple, effective cleaner for vinyl floors by mixing apple cider vinegar with water. The vinegar's acidity removes dirt without leaving a soapy film. Mix one cup of cider vinegar with a gallon of hot water.
Never let Pine-Sol sit on the floor in your home. Immediately wipe up any spills or excess liquid. After cleaning with diluted Pine-Sol, make sure you rinse thoroughly. Using a damp mop with plain water after cleaning can help ensure no residue is left behind.
No rinsing
It has a pleasant smell and seems to do the job. I like that no rinsing is required.
The reason is because it may leave a slight film when it is not diluted. Please know that I have, on occasion, used it straight in order to remove stains from my wood. 99% of the time, I dilute it, though. I hope that this answers your inquiry satisfactorily.
