After 2 hours, remove the Easy-Off foam using a sponge or microfiber cloth dampened with clean water. Don't use any other cleaning solutions at the same time you use Easy-Off oven cleaner. You may need to rinse out the sponge or cloth frequently until all the cleaner has been removed.
Running the self-cleaning function on your oven can cause damage to parts. During the self-cleaning process, the oven uses temperatures hot enough to burn out wires and control buttons or warp important parts of the oven, like the locking mechanism on the door, the thermostat, and the control panel.

Make sure you get the heavy duty kind. Spray it all over your stovetop, but make sure you cover any stainless steel, because I heard it could damage it or discolor it. So we're leaving the easy off on our stovetop. for about three to four hours.
If your oven surface finish is compatible, spray the back of the oven interior first, followed by side walls, ceiling, floor and door. Ensure surfaces are covered with a generous amount of product.
