Dehumidifier is the first step as other have said. You can try 1) putting alcohol (rubbing type) in spray bottle and spraying them/walls etc to kill them. 2) try the same with hydrogen peroxide if alcohol doesn't work 3) boric acid will kill them.
For small spots on nonporous surfaces, it's best to use bleach on the problem area to kill the mold mites and mold all at once. However, if the mold growth has spread into your walls, floors, or other hard-to-access areas of the home, it becomes a serious remediation project that's best left to a professional.

Mold mites don't live very long, usually less than 30 days. But they multiply rapidly. Since female mites can lay up to 800 eggs before they die, it's very easy for mites to easily invade a space and continue to infest it, even after the initial invaders have died off.
Mould mites are, as you'd expect, tiny mites that feed on mould. They live in damp walls, soil, food cupboards, or shelving in shops. You are unlikely to see them in an early infestation as they are so tiny, but as they breed you may then see them clustered together, 'dripping' off surfaces, in their thousands.

You can use insect spray as a last resort to eliminate a bad infestation. Use a pyrethrin-based insecticide, a substance in chrysanthemums that kills pests.

A healthcare provider may think you have mites based on your health history and a physical exam. Intense itching and many small, red bumps, like pimples, are seen. Burrows may also be seen. These look like thin, wavy lines.
Reduce Humidity: Lowering your home's humidity levels is critical to eradicating mould mites. Use dehumidifiers to maintain humidity below 60% in affected areas, especially in high-moisture zones like bathrooms and kitchens.
