Use the hand dryer. Stand with your legs apart to help you get dry faster. Sway your hips as you dry the stain to get all wet areas. Stand in front of the dryer until your pants feel dry. Touch them to make sure they don't feel wet.
Laying down paper towels and then putting hydrogen peroxide on them to wet the paper towels helps. Just let them sit there until the paper towels dry. It worked really well on my wood steps.
Agree with rinsing it out first. If you wanna be really thorough, you can get an enzyme spray at a pet store. Spray that on and let it sit for a while. And then wash with Lysol laundry sanitizer.
