As far as using the oven, as long as you've wiped surfaces clean, you're fine. If you sprayed it heavily then turned the oven on, that's a different story.

If a commercial oven cleaner has been used on a Self-Cleaning oven: Be sure to remove all traces of the cleaner prior to operating the Self-Clean cycle again. Oven cleaner residue should be rinsed away with clear water by using a damp (not soaked) cloth or rag.
More is better when it comes to ventilation, so open up all doors and windows nearby and turn on the extractor fan for maximum airflow. It's easy to sometimes forget to turn on the extractor fan or open a window before self-cleaning, so check if this was the case if you notice the smell is particularly strong.
