Rough-In Dimensions for Bathroom Sinks
Supply line (vertical): two holes, each 2-3 inches above the drain line. Supply line (horizontal): 4 inches to left and right of the centerline, respectively. Discharge/drain hole (vertical): 16-20 inches from floor.
Near the Vanity

Standard Outlet Height From Floor. In a standard house, the electrical box height or outlet box height from the floor is typically set at 16 inches from the floor.
Vanity lights should be hung over the mirror and centered on the plumbing. The centerline of the vanity light should be hung 72” above the floor. For taller ceilings, or taller people, that height can increase to 80” but should never exceed that distance.
In bathrooms, the safe height value is much higher than in other rooms. Sockets can be installed at the height of 120 cm, light switches 140 cm, and light fittings even higher - min. 200 cm. It is also worth installing special, waterproof models, necessarily with an earthing pin.
Traditionally, bathroom vanities fall within the range of 30 to 34 inches in height, often referred to as standard height. However, some homeowners opt for what's known as “comfort height” vanities, which typically measure around 36 inches in height.

Outlet Height
The standard height for wall outlet boxes is about 12 inches from the top of the floor covering to the bottom of the receptacle box (or 16 inches to the top of the box).
Switches and sockets for lighting and other outlets should therefore be 450-1,200mm above the finished floor level.
At least one receptacle outlet shall be installed in bathrooms and such outlet shall be located within 36 inches (914 mm) of the outside edge of each lavatory basin.
There is a standard measurement — although you don't necessarily have to use it if there are other factors that might mean you'd choose a different height. Either way, the standard is to place vanity lights above mirrors at 75 inches to 80 inches from the floor to the center of the light fixture.
Power-points must be a minimum of 150mm from the edge of the water container (i.e bathroom sink). However, Bluegum recommends you allow at least 300mm, just to be safe.
