Push buttons must be at least 36 inches away from the swing edge of the door so as to not strike or entrap a person in a wheel chair. Push buttons should be no higher than 48 inches to top of push plate.
This just indicates that the activation device for the ADA door opener must be operable with one hand. Handicap push to open activation buttons are flat and require no grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist, and no more than 5lb of force to use, therefore they qualify as a compliant activation device.
Front approaches to pull side of swinging doors shall have maneuvering space that extends from the hinge side of the door to 18 inches (455 mm) minimum, 24 inches (610 mm) preferred, beyond the latch side of the door and 60 inches (1525 mm) minimum perpendicular to the doorway.
For push-side approaches, ADA door clearances vary slightly: Push Side Approach (Front): A clear space of 48 inches in depth is required from the doorway to allow users to maneuver. In this case, no additional latch-side clearance is required.
Door openings shall provide a clear width of 32 inches minimum. Clear openings of doorways with swinging doors shall be measured between the face of the door and the stop, with the door open 90 degrees. Openings more than 24 inches deep shall provide a clear opening of 36 inches minimum.
Building Regulations advise that the height of external doors be 80-inches with a width of at least 36-inches. The glazed glass will need to be less than 400mm in width between the frames.
According to the ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), the height of the bottom of the exit device must be between 34 inches and 48 inches above the finished floor. This height range ensures that the device is accessible to people who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
The average width considered adequate in space, accommodation, accessibility is a range between 42 and 48 inches (106.88-121.92 cm). A corridor with a width of 60 inches (152.4 cm) allows for ample amount of space to add furniture and for two people to comfortably walk, but is less commonly found.
Door openings shall have a minimum clear opening width of 32 inches; however, if the doorway is more than 24 inches deep, then a minimum clearance of 36 inches is required. The clear opening is measured from the face of the door to the stop of the frame while the door is opened to 90 degrees.
Space at least 60″ deep in front of a door will accommodate a forward approach, except in case of hinge approaches on the pull side. On the pull side of hinge approaches, 36″ minimum latch-side clearance is required if the depth is 60″ minimum (The depth can be 54″ minimum if the latch-side clearance is at least 42″.)
Door handles, pulls, latches, locks and other operating devices shall be installed 34 inches (864 mm) minimum and 48 inches (1219 mm) maximum above the finished floor. Locks used only for security purposes and not used for normal operation are permitted at any height.
Where a high forward reach is over an obstruction, the clear floor space shall extend beneath the element for a distance not less than the required reach depth over the obstruction. The high forward reach shall be 48 inches (1220 mm) maximum where the reach depth is 20 inches (510 mm) maximum.
Doors shall not swing into the clear floor space or clearance required for any fixture. Doors shall be permitted to swing into the required turning space.
The ADA requires that operable parts of door hardware be a minimum height of 34 inches and a maximum height of 48 inches, with a maximum required force of 5 pounds. That means the door closer resistance must be 5 pounds or less to accommodate users' various upper extremity abilities.
The turning space must be a circular space with a 67-inch minimum diameter.
The door edge clearance is the measurement that is required for the right or the left door with or without handles to be from adjacent walls so they can be opened 90°.

To assure passage of people using wheelchairs, or crutches, the opening must be at least 32 inches wide. If it is not readily achievable to provide a minimum 32 inch wide opening, then the opening should be as wide as possible.
Doors codes are exchangeable for various free rewards. Some of them offer a certain amount of in-game currency (knobs) and other life-saving boosters (revives).
Do I need a permit to replace windows and doors? A permit is required when any portion of the window and/or door frame, exterior siding, or interior sheetrock is removed/replaced. An inspection of the flashing will be required and a final inspection upon completion.
Exit route doors must be unlocked from the inside. They must be free of devices or alarms that could restrict use of the exit route if the device or alarm fails. Side-hinged exit doors must be used to connect rooms to exit routes.
