A water-based all-purpose cleaner is generally safe to use on laminate cabinets if you need a little more power than plain water. You can also use liquid hand soap or dish detergent to clean the surfaces. After cleaning the laminate with any cleanser, go over it with a clean cloth to remove the remnants.
Clean With Mild Dish Soap
Like with wood cabinets, you shouldn't need to resort to abrasive cleaning products like vinegar or baking soda to remove dirt and grease from your laminate kitchen cabinets. A bit of dish soap in warm water applied with a good dose of elbow grease should be more than sufficient.
Laminate Cabinets: The easiest way to treat a laminate cabinet is with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Using the same method to remove scuffs (as detailed above) just dampen the sponge with a little water, then squeeze it a few times to activate its cleaning foam.
To clean these, make a paste with baking soda and water. You can use a damp sponge or a soft-bristled toothbrush to apply the paste to the stains, scrubbing gently as you go. Leave the paste on the cabinets for a few minutes, and then wipe it off with a clean sponge.
If you don't want to sand before you prime, use some mineral spirits and a rough sponge to clean and lightly rough up the cabinet area you're painting. This doesn't open up the wood cabinet material as much as sanding but does get you some additional grippy area for the primer to adhere to.
Wash the laminate with a soft cloth and a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean soft cloth. For minor repair of burns or other stubborn marks, apply a nonabrasive liquid kitchen cleanser with a soft cloth soaked in warm water.

So how do you clean them if you happen to have MDF cabinets? The easiest solution is a mixture of dishwashing soap and warm water. Do not use the strong dishwashing soaps as it can be harsh on the surface of your MDF cabinet doors. Instead, use a weaker one and dilute it with one part soap and two parts warm water.
To clean your plastic laminate of surface dirt, you can simply use a damp cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry. The plastic surface resists spills, fingerprints, and most food stains.
Use 50% water and 50% distilled vinegar for a streak-free look. If your kitchen glass cabinet has wooden mullions, then do not spray the distilled vinegar directly on the surface. Instead, spray onto a cloth and gently wipe.
Avoid These Cleaners on Painted Cabinets: Magic Eraser or similar sponges, abrasive powder or scrubbing pads, cleaners with abrasive particles, intense detergents, or ammonia oil soap, spray polishes containing silicone, petroleum products, or wax citrus/orange cleaner. Repairing paint is tricky.

STEP 1: Mix one part bleach with two parts of water in a bowl. STEP2: Use a soft cloth to apply the solution to the magic eraser marks on the wallpaper, and allow it to sit for 5 minutes. STEP3: Dip a clean cloth in water and use it to rinse the marks off. Then use another clean cloth to dry it off.
Apply a marker to flaws that match the color of the cabinetry staining. Fill in dents and worn spots with a putty. Apply a new coat of paint, or re-stain the cabinets to restore its former look and feel. Use a polyurethane coating to assist with the removal of cabinet imperfections.
