Although it's possible to scatter OxiClean powder on wet concrete, then scrub with a stiff broom, it's better (and easier) to first mix the powder with water. Use 4 scoops of powder per 1 gallon of warm to hot water. Mop that onto the concrete, then wait five to 30 minutes.
For lingering stains, rewet the surface and sprinkle it lightly with Oxiclean. (Or you can make your own oxygen bleach.) This won't harm your lawn or plants lining your driveway, unlike chlorine bleach. Again, use the broom's bristles to scrub the area, then wait for 10-15 minutes.
Dish soap and water: Dish soap is a degreaser, and it works well to clean oily and grimy concrete. Create a cleaning solution of warm water and few drops of dish soap and apply it to the surface. Let it sit for a while, then mop the patio and rinse it with fresh water. Repeat the process as many times as needed.

You may also use Oxyclean mixed 4 scoops to a gallon of hot water. Let soak for 15 minutes and then scrub with a nylon bristle brush, then rinse. Caulking - Scrape off excess and scrub with a poultice of denatured alcohol. Rinse with hot water and detergent.
Mix a solution of 1/8 of a cup liquid dishwashing detergent, ½ cup baking soda, and one gallon of water. Pour over the stain. Use a soft brush to scrub the stain away. Rinse the area.

Bleach. Does a large area of your concrete need a good cleaning? Fill a bucket with warm water and about ¾ a cup of liquid bleach and start mopping. Let the bleach solution sit for a few minutes before using a bucket with clean water to mop up the bleach solution.
Mix one cup of bleach to 1 gallon of water. It can then be sprayed onto the concrete and scrubbed. Most of the mold should be removed through this method. A less aggressive method is to mix 1 cup of vinegar with 2/3 cups of water in a spray bottle.
