If severe amounts of burned grease or food residue collect on the pan and become too difficult to remove through normal cleaning cover the residue with a combination of warm water and baking soda. Let this mixture soak for a few minutes and remove the residue with a soft sponge.

A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against All-Clad Metalcrafters, LLC and Groupe SEB USA, Inc.
For tough-to-clean spots or marks, like burnt fat, protein shadows, and charred food, clean with a nonabrasive, non-chlorine cleanser, like All-Clad cookware cleaner, Bar Keeper's Friend® or Bon Ami®. Form a paste with the cookware cleanser and a small amount of water.
If you move your food too early, it will stick to the cooking surface. The stainless steel surface will actively release your food when it is ready to be flipped. You can test this by gently nudging your food from side to side. If you encounter resistance, give it some more time.
