You can turn off your Honeywell Alarm System by disconnecting both of its power supplies. These include its backup battery and its plug-in transformer. You should disconnect the backup battery before unplugging the transformer. Once both are disconnected, the panel will shut down.
You can disarm your Honeywell Home PROA7 by pressing the Disarm button on the front of the panel, and then entering a valid code. You should then confirm that the system disarmed. You can also disarm using a keypad, a key fob, or Total Connect 2.0. The same applies to the Resideo PROA7C.
Remove the AC power to the home alarm console from the wall directly. Use your console's access key (or another item such as a small screw) to unlock and open the system's backing. Lastly, disconnect at least one of the wires that are attached to the system's main battery, which is blocky and noticeable in most units.
To stop the beeping sound, just press any key. For some Honeywell models, silencing the beeping requires entering the user code followed by the OFF key. If the screen displays ``BAT'' with a zone number with a beeping sound every minute, a battery on the wireless zone displayed is running low or has drained.
A Checklist for Stopping the Chirping
First, replace the old battery. If you've installed a new battery and the alarm continues to beep, drain any residual charge from the unit. Remove the unit from the ceiling and remove its battery, then hold the test button for 15 seconds. Next, replace the battery.
To de-activate alarm or turn off alarm siren, enter an active user code. This safe has the ability to record into memory up to 50 entry records of those gaining access to the safe. To retrieve this data, do the following: Enter user code 1 or user code 2 and display will read “OPEN”.
If the battery fails either of these tests, a low battery message will be displayed on the keypad, along with a rapid trouble beep. The trouble beep can be silenced by entering any valid 4-digit code, plus Off [1].
The issue can be in the transformer itself or in the wall outlet. First, check that the plug is connected securely. If it's not loose, you may need to consult an electrician regarding your outlet or circuit breaker. In the meantime, unplug the transformer so the beeping stops.
Remove the temporary hold: Once you have found the current temperature setting, you should see an indicator that shows a temporary hold or override. This indicator may be a flame symbol or a clock symbol with a plus or minus sign. Press the appropriate button or use the arrows to remove the temporary hold.

Go to your main control box and disconnect the battery supply, which will stop all beeping and shut your alarm system down. Once power is restored, you can reconnect your battery and your alarm system should work as before.
To permanently ignore the schedule, press up or down until the desired temperature is displayed. Then, press the Hold button to maintain the new temperature indefinitely.
Once in the menus scroll to Menu Sensor screen and press enter to select. Scroll and select Sensor Disable? Scroll to the desired sensor and press Enter to select. Once complete it will return back to the menus, press ESC button to exit programming menus.
