Press the “A” button in the upper left corner for ~10 seconds (the clearing process will be signaled with a beep). This will clear any previous pairings from the lock. Restart the “Add Lock” process within the Premis App, and you should be able to “find” your lock and complete the pairing process.
My Lock Won't Pair
Remove the battery pack. Press and hold the A or Program button while reinserting the battery pack. Keep holding the button for 30 seconds until the Lock beeps and the status LED flashes red. See the Installation and Programming Guides section for button locations for your Lock model.
Navigate to Bluetooth Sharing inside your Settings menu (Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth Sharing). 2. Verify that sharing is turned on for the Kevo app. If it is not already on, simply tap the on-off switch to turn it on.

If you wish to reset your Kevo, press and hold down the reset button for 10 seconds until the lock beeps and the lock face LEDs flash red. Note: You will need to re-enroll your Owner phone and fobs, and you will need to resend eKeys to your Kevo users.
Ensure that Bluetooth is on, as indicated by a small icon on the upper right corner of the smart device screen. 3. Press and hold the Program button again until Kevo beeps (if sound is turned on). The Bluetooth symbol in the top right corner of the screen should blink while Kevo and smart device are communicating.
Amber flashes mean it is locked, while green flashes mean it is unlocked, and red means low battery.
Each lock can pair with up to eight (8) smartphones at a time.
