Mix equal parts of water and distilled white vinegar and use it to scrub the sink with a clean, soft cloth. Rinse the sink with clean water afterward. Scrub the sink with dish detergent to remove soap buildup, then rinse it away with cool water.
Use soft or micro fibre cloths (eg. E-cloth). A 50% mix of water and white vinegar can be used to remove limescale deposits, ensure to rinse thoroughly after use, do not leave the vinegar in contact with the surface. A nylon scratch pad or toothbrush can be used on difficult areas.
Once I cleaned the sink and wiped it out with a microfiber cloth, I got out a fresh cloth and some coconut oil. I put about a teaspoon on the cloth and buffed the sink until, that's right, it was shining! I used another teaspoon of the oil in the other basin.

Whether your black granite sink is pure or composite, overtime it may develop scale buildup, which causes an undesirable cloudy appearance. Regardless of how many times you scrub it with your dish soap, that white scale will continue to reappear day after day; that is, until you find the actual solution.
Hard water and minerals in the water can leave white stains on your sink. These can be tough to remove. Best way to remove these stains is using a hard water stain remover such as Lime-Away or CLR. You can do this once every 1 or 2 months.
Stainless steel is the most likely material to scratch. Scratches on black stainless steel sinks are especially noticeable because they can reveal the silver finish beneath the black coating. Black composite sinks are unlikely to scratch, but sometimes they do.

SURFACE LUSTER
Clean, rinse and dry sink completely. To restore luster and extend the time between cleanings apply a thin, even coating of Quartz Sink Conditioner, food-safe mineral oil, or olive oil to the entire sink surface with a cloth. Remove excess with a cloth or leave overnight. Reapply as needed.

The black slime backing up into your sink can be caused by a clogged pipe so plunging it will remove the clog. Give it a couple of good plunges, boil a kettle of hot water then proceed to pour it down the problem area.
As with all types of sinks, granite composite kitchen sinks are heat resistant. However, they are not heat-proof, and cannot withstand extreme temperatures such as a hot pan taken off the hob and placed directly into the sink. The acrylic resin in the mix of a granite composite sink could warp or melt.
Black porcelain can show smudges, and black metal may not be the best choice if you have hard water, but black granite composite sinks get great reviews.

For a more thorough clean, sprinkle baking soda over the whole sink, then spray with a 75/25 solution of white vinegar and water to create a fizzing solution. A gentle scrub with a soft sponge and an old toothbrush is enough to give your sink a thorough clean.
