For highly soiled surfaces, clean excess dirt first. For surfaces that may come in contact with food a potable water rinse is required. Clorox Disinfecting Wipes will not harm most surfaces, including acrylic, fiberglass and vinyl.
Lysol wipes would kill any germs but may also dry out the vinyl.

Thus, they are safe on all hard, non-porous surfaces. Be advised that some surface protected by a sealant, even though the sealant may make the surface effectively non-porous, there are ingredients in Clorox wipes that can be bad for the sealant itself. Thus, it won't do any cleaning but rather create a bigger mess.
They can cause eye, skin and respiratory irritation. The fragrances and active ingredient and in these wipes (alkyl dimethyl-benzyl ammonium chloride; a quaternary ammonium compound or “quat” for short) can trigger allergic reactions and asthma.

Rubbing Alcohol, or isopropyl alcohol, is available at drugstores and serves as a quick-and-easy alternative to disinfecting wipes. Look for the kind over “70%” (CDC recommendations) to ensure effective disinfecting.
Dawn is great at cutting through grease in dirty pans, but it also does the same thing on vinyl floors.
