Toilet clogs are a very common problem – and one that homeowners can often ignore if it's minor and not causing a complete backup. But the truth is even a small clog in the toilet trap or drainpipe can disrupt the flow enough to weaken the flush of the toilet.
Clear Flush Holes
These small holes push water from the tank down the sides of the toilet bowl to make sure all waste water flushes down the drain. Over time, the siphon jets will inevitably become blocked with mineral deposits. Clearing up the mineral deposits can provide more water pressure.
It is quite common for minerals such as calcium and lime, along with debris particles such as rust to build up in the rim feed and jet holes of the toilet bowl. Over time, these deposits restrict and block water from flowing into the toilet bowl which will cause a weak or incomplete flush.
Check the valve on the wall below the toilet,make sure it's open. If it is open and you're still getting low water pressure, close the valve , check the braided hose isn't kinked or filled with sediment.
The easiest way to fix a slow draining toilet is to unplug the tank and take it off, then clean out the pipe. If this does not work, you may need to replace the flush valve in your toilet. You will want to turn off your water supply before you begin. There should be a valve in the wall behind the toilet.
Tank Has Too Little Water
If so, the fix is as simple as twisting the flush valve back on. Another reason the toilet won't flush, even if it's not clogged, is that your float ball isn't adjusting to the water levels in your toilet. To fix this, you might need an expert.

After we flush, the toilet water tank requires a lot of water to refill. The water comes from the cold water supply. Heat 1 to 1 ½ cups of white vinegar to about the same temperature you'd take your coffee – not scalding, but warm enough. Add it to the overflow tube and give it about 30 minutes to work. Flush, then go to work on the jet holes, chipping away the scale with something small but solid.

Low Water Level:
If there isn't enough water in the tank, it can result in a weak flush. This could be due to a malfunctioning fill valve or an improper tank water level adjustment.
You can elevate the ball float by turning the screw above the fill valve. Raising the float should raise the water level and hopefully solve your water pressure problem.

A water pressure regulator, if you have one, is usually located where the main water line comes into the house and after the main shut off valve. This way if you need to work on or change the water pressure regulator you can simply shut off the water main to do so.
Pressure balancing valves are installed in showers and sinks, and faucets. Their name sounds like they handle water pressure, but these valves manage the temperature of the water that comes out of the shower or faucet. This valve monitors a consistent ratio of warm and cool water.
Clogged Rim Jets. Rim jets are small holes located underneath the toilet's rim that allow water to flow into the bowl during a flush. Over time, mineral deposits, bacteria, and debris can clog these jets, reducing water flow and flushing power.
Toilets suffer from a lack of flushing power because your rim jets, waste pipe, or siphon jet could be clogged. The water levels in your tank or bowl could also be too low. If your toilet has a weak flush, you may need to adjust the system and clear the blockage to fix the water level.
A toilet cannot flush properly if it doesn't have enough water in the tank. To fix the problem, buy a new toilet flapper compatible with the existing flush valve assembly. Remove and replace the old flapper, then check if the toilet tank is filling properly.
When the toilet is clogged, it's often possible to unclog the toilet with dish soap. Liquid dish soap is denser than water, so when dish soap is added to water, it sinks. 1 After the dish soap settles, it loosens the obstruction.
Pour it down the drain, wait an hour or two (wait overnight if the clog is bad), run the hottest water for a while, and the drain is good to go.
Clean Clogged Jet Holes
Clean the jet holes with vinegar or dishwashing soap. An alternative to cleaning the jet holes is pouring vinegar down the overflow tube. Let the vinegar sit there overnight. Flush the toilet the next day.
