To remove Damp Rid from carpet you just need hot water and a wet/dry vac. Pour a small amount of hot water on the area the damp rid was spilled and then use the wet/dry vac to vacuum it up. The water will dilute the Damp rid and the vacuum will remove it. Do this several times until all the Damp Rid is removed.
