If you're referring to 30 second cleaner that's marketed for cleaning the exterior of houses etc then it's 5% sodium hypochlorite and water. Bleach is 5.25% sodium hypochlorite BTW. It does have 1.2% “proprietary ingredients”, which is likely Sodium Dioctyl Sulfosuccinate.
