Noisy Pipes Trapped air is a likely suspect. As water flowing through pipes attempts to navigate through the pockets of air, it creates vibrations and turbulence. This can create noise on its own, as well as cause movement in a poorly stabilized pipe.
Trapped air in your home's water lines can cause excessive and loud noises within the pipes and walls; obstruct water pressure, causing a weaker or inconsistent water flow from taps and faucets; and lead to rusty pipes in extreme cases.
While these sounds can be scary and seem like serious issues, the cause is usually quite benign. Most often, a loud sound coming from your pipes is caused by trapped air. By turning off your main water supply and running all faucets for 10-15 minutes, you force any trapped air through your water pipes.
Work in a clockwise manner from the main water supply throughout the house. Open each hot and cold water faucet a half turn to let air and water escape. Repeat this process for toilets, showers, tubs, the washing machine and dishwasher. By turning on these fixtures and appliances, it pulls the air out of the lines.
Will an Airlock Eventually Clear Itself? Sometimes, small airlocks may clear themselves as water circulation continues with one or more radiators. However, larger airlocks often require manual intervention, like bleeding the radiators or using a hose to release the trapped air.

How to get rid of it: Actually, air bubbles in water is a completely harmless issue so there's no need to do anything. But if the air bubbles are a nuisance, ask a plumber to recommend possible solutions such as installing an air elimination valve.
When turning the water back on to your house, you must be careful not to let air and water rush back into the pipes too quickly. You should turn the water back on slowly. Open one or two faucets before turning the water back on, then incrementally restore water until you see it freely flowing out of the open fixture.
Identify & avoid suction leaks Did you know you can check for air leaks using plastic wrap? Just wrap the plastic wrap tightly around a potential air leak path (union joint or cam fitting), and turn the pump on. If an air leak exists, the plastic wrap will tighten to the area.

Open the faucet and let water flow through the pipes for a few minutes. This helps flush out loose sediment and debris, improving water flow.

Open and Close Valves: Sequentially opening and closing valves at different points can help purge air from the system. Employ a Filling Device: A filling device pumps fluid into the system, helping to expel trapped air.
Allow the water to flow through the faucets for 10-15 minutes, listening for a steady hum with no odd noises. Once you see a steady stream and don't hear any strange sounds coming from the pipes, turn the faucets off.
The trapped air can cause pressure build-up, which can lead to leaks or bursts in the pipes.
Overall, it's best that you take heed and drip your faucets when temperatures dip below freezing. A simple trickle of hot and/or cold water—both from faucets inside and outside the home—can prevent you from having to deal with a much larger issue (and bill!) in the long run.

To create a path for air to escape, you'll run all of your home's faucets, fixtures, and water-using appliances. Open each faucet about halfway, both hot and cold, open outdoor hose bibs, and flush all your toilets once. Run your dishwasher and washing machine through a short cycle.

If your well can't get enough water supply due to drought, the pump system will suck in air as it functions. The trapped air will make its way into your piping and faucets. The problem will persist for as long as the drought continues.
