Spray the entire couch with a disinfectant spray, lysol etc. You can also mix a couple of tablespoons of household bleach in a one quart spray bottle then fill with water. Spray all areas including bottom of cushions with a light mist of the disinfectant, let it set for 30 seconds and wipe with a microfiber cloth.

Disinfectant Spray for your Fabric Sofa
Mix 2 cups of rubbing alcohol and 1 cup of water into a spray bottle. Test out the spray bottle on another piece of fabric or in the sink to make sure your spray bottle is in the mist setting.

Baking soda

Vinegar has been proven to have some disinfectant properties, however it's not nearly as effective at killing harmful viruses and bacteria as commercial cleaners. And because it does not kill 99.999 percent of bacteria and viruses, it doesn't meet the criteria required to be considered a disinfectant.
Applying a Vinegar Mix: Vinegar can neutralize odors effectively. Mix up a solution that's half water and half white vinegar, pour it into a spray bottle, and then lightly spritz your couch with it. Remember, you just want to dampen the surface, not wet it completely. After spraying, let the couch air out to dry.
