It's fine to do baseboards white and leave doors/door trim oak. I did a google search for oak doors with white trim. Most people paint the baseboards and trim around the door, and leave the door wood. But it will look AWESOME either way.

Pure White would also be lovely with dark trim. I would probably avoid cool gray trim colors, as that will make the walls look particularly yellow. But warm gray or warm black trim or doors would complement Pure White beautifully.
