As long as your path between the stove/ovens and refrigerator and/or sink are unimpeded, you're okay. Whether it would be more convenient to have them closer would depend upon how you use your kitchen.
For safety and efficiency, allow adequate bench space for preparation (80-140cem between sink and hotplates, 30cm at each side of the cooktop) and serving (300mm for two plates, double for four), and at least 450mm set down next to the fridge, pantry and wall oven. The recommended counter depth is 600mm.

There was a time two separating doors were required if you wanted to install a downstairs toilet that opened into the kitchen. However, the rules are more relaxed now (but no less hygienic). So, if you want to build a downstairs toilet in 2022, you only need to include a sink to wash your hands.

In both traditions, connecting a commode to the kitchen is considered a poor choice for financial energies. Likewise, a kitchen in the northeast corner of your home may disrupt your career, and kitchens shouldn't face the main door of the house.
