In most cases the propellant in the can is the flammable part, not the liquid being propelled. Even if the liquid is flammable, I wouldn't worry too much. If you are worried, just use a long BBQ lighter. In either case, let the stove burn for a bit before cooking, so you can burn the bug spray off.
