The ideal water pressure range for most homes is between 60 and 70 psi. If your water pressure is 80 psi or higher, you're likely going to run into some serious plumbing problems.
The 80 psi max on the tire is max COLD. The pressure is allowed to increase as the tire gets hotter, which helps reduce load on the sidewall, reducing heat. If you get a lot of temperature rise, you have not enough pressure.
Whereas those used for local deliveries or construction have another. As a general rule, the recommended tire pressure for a fully loaded semi-truck is between 100 and 130 psi for the front tires. It is between 85 and 120 psi for the rear tires.

Sustained pressure that exceeds 80 psi can damage on-site plumbing systems and may affect your water fixtures. PRVs should be installed on the customer's side of the water meter and are usually located near the water heater, water softener or on the inlet water line between your home and the water meter.
But you shouldn't go too much over recommended PSI. You can safely over-inflate tires by up to 10%. For example, if your tires have a recommended PSI of 35, you can go up to around 38 PSI without worry. Anything more than that is too much and not recommended.
Ford's Recommended Tire Pressure for the F-150
According to Ford, the recommended tire pressure for most F-150 models is between 30 and 35 PSI for the front tires and 40 to 45 PSI for the rear tires when cold.
Chevy Silverado Tire Pressure Levels
Generally, the PSI for the Chevy Silverado is 35 PSI for the front and for the back tires. Another way to double-check would be to check the door of the truck. You should also check your tire pressure once a month.
While you should always stay within this range, you should also never be below 20 PSI, or over 50 PSI, or you risk serious tire damage (more so than with standard overinflated or underinflated tires to a lesser degree).
What happens if you inflate your tires to the max PSI? Your tires' max PSI almost always exceeds the recommended pressure. It isn't advisable to fill your tire to this pressure for everyday driving. At max PSI, your car does not handle as well, braking is impaired, and you could risk dangerous blowouts.
On the sidewall, you will find a small section that states "max press". Usually, manufacturers portray the maximum pressure in both kPa and psi. However, running your tires at max psi is not ideal. That number simply shows the tire's utmost load durability at those pressure levels.
A psi between 20-30 is considered very low, and under the minimum water pressure required by most building codes. On the other side of the spectrum, water pressure above 80 psi is considered too high. Both extremely low and extremely high water pressure pose their fair share of risks and problems.
Pressures below 20 PSI are considered “flat” and dangerous to drive on.
High water pressure is any pressure in your home that is over 80 PSI (Pounds Per Square Inch). Homes newly built are required by UPC (Uniform Plumbing Code) to have a pressure regulating valve installed if the pressure to the home is 85 PSI or higher. The UPC Code reads “608.2 Excessive Water Pressure.
Passenger tires are usually inflated to around 30–33 PSI per car manufacturer recommendation and have a max of about 50–52 PSI. Truck tires are usually inflated to around 50 PSI and have a 70–80 psi maximum.
For most Ford F-150 trucks, Ford recommends setting all four tires to a tire pressure of 35 psi for the best balance of comfort, traction, fuel economy, and load-bearing capabilities.
Hand truck tire air pressure: Check the air pressure once a month. It can be adjusted to change the handling characteristics of the dolly. The recommended pressure is 30 PSI, but the operational range is 20-70psi. Using higher pressure increases the weight capacity of the tires, but it makes the ride stiffer.
80 PSI is required for achieving the max load rating of the tire. I run my E-rated tires at 45 when I don't need the added load rating. One could go lower, but as mentioned above the less pressure the more chance of uneven wear.
Monitor for wear and damage: Regular tire inspections can help you spot the signs of overinflation early. Look for uneven wear, particularly along the center tread. If you notice this, it might mean your tires are overinflated.
Most passenger cars' psi requirement will be between 30 to 35 psi, but several vehicles fall outside of that range and every vehicle will have specific requirements. Good tire air pressure ensures that tires wear evenly, provide a smooth ride, and increase fuel efficiency.
IPC: 608.2 Excessive Water Pressure. Where static water pressure in the water supply piping is exceeding 80 psi (552 kPa), an approved-type pressure regulator preceded by an adequate strainer shall be installed and the static pressure reduced to 80 psi (552 kPa) or less.
Anything over 80 psi is considered too high and could damage your plumbing system. On the other end of the spectrum, anything below 40 psi is considered low pressure, and anything below 30 psi is considered too low.

A typical range for these would be between 80 and 130 psi, although racers can sometimes go as high as 160 psi.
