Try soaking your swimsuit in a baking soda solution for about 30 minutes. Then wash normally and add a cup of white venigar to the final rinse. Dry outside in the sun.
A strong vaginal odor may be a sign of vaginitis, or it may be a temporary smell related to your hygiene, lifestyle or other changes. Take note of whether you have other symptoms. If the chlorine smell still lingers, you can use a chlorine remover product for swimsuits. Just put a drop in a bucket or gallon of water, rinse the suit, and then let it hang to dry. You can also soak the suit in a bucket of water with just a teaspoon of sodium ascorbate, or Vitamin C crystals.
This combination will remove any chlorine as well as salt from your swimsuit, making it look like new. Just soak your swimsuit in the cold water mixed with ¾ cup of white vinegar for 30 minutes. Then rinse the suit with fresh cold water and lay it out to dry.
