Seal/coat the interior of the walls with a suitable masonry waterproof product. When the paint dries, the sealant forms a watertight bond to stop water from seeping through. This is how you can waterproof your basement walls from inside.
There's several ways to waterproof a concrete wall. One of which is to coat the outside wall with a bituminous coating and just for s—ts and giggles you can stick a sheet of plastic over it. Another method would be to add a latex compound to the concrete mix which would make the wall almost 100% impervious to water.
If the water is seeping through the concrete walls themselves, it may be necessary to waterproof the exterior of the walls. This may involve applying a waterproof coating or membrane to the walls or installing a drainage system to direct water away from the building.
You can get similar performance by using an epoxy or urethane system, which generally lasts 5 to 10 years depending on traffic exposure. Acrylic-resin sealers offer the shortest performance life - generally 1 to 3 years.

– The use of polyurethanes as an interior/indoor sealer is the most popular choice and a smart environmentally friendly choice. Polyurethanes are harder than acrylic sealers and provide a thicker mileage making maintenance very low.
Use Concrete Sealers, Repellents and Coatings
A penetrating sealer can help keep moisture from compromising concrete. It essentially creates a protective layer, filling the gaps around flashings and between adjoining surfaces. These gaps would otherwise allow passages for water and moisture to enter the unit.

Polyurethane foams can seal concrete leaks. The crack must be large enough to be filled with foam. Polyurethane foam interacts with the water and hardens filling the crack. These foams offer waterproof protection from further leaking problems.
Damp Proof Membranes can be applied internally with little or no surface preparation. However, it is very important to install the membrane correctly to prevent expensive water ingress in the future. They should be used in conjunction with a Damp Proof Course in outer walls to create a continuous barrier to water.
The best waterproofing materials for concrete are polyurethane, crystalline waterproofing, cementitious coatings, EPDM rubber, rubberized asphalt, thermoplastic membranes, bituminous membranes, silicone sealants, and PVC waterproofing membranes.
Concrete can also be protected against the water with acrylic, polyurethane, polyurea-based materials that provide waterproofing in areas that are exposed to direct water and sunlight such as roofs and terraces. All of these practices are applied directly to concrete surfaces.
Cementitious Waterproofing
This method involves mixing a waterproofing compound with cement to create a paste that is applied as a thin coating to the surface. Once it dries, it forms a protective layer that is highly resistant to water penetration.
Interior waterproofing involves addressing water issues from inside the basement or foundation walls. This method typically includes the installation of drain tile systems around the perimeter of the floor, a sump pump to remove water, and the application of sealants on the walls and floor.
There are 3 main ways that people generally use to finish these concrete walls: painting, pargeting, and wood paneling/drywall, all of which we will describe below. Some may believe that these are the only 3 viable options, but that isn't the case.
The problem with Drylok is not price, it's performance. As we've established (and Drylok admits), Drylok isn't really a waterproofing material, it doesn't adhere to concrete, it doesn't block out moisture, and still requires more material to cover less space.
Epoxy paint is suitable for waterproofing basements and concrete surfaces. Latex paint is easy to apply, quick to dry and offers effective protection against water and moisture. Latex-based waterproof paint is preferred for interior use on the walls and ceilings.
