Once you've discovered the source of the leak, you need to repair any cracks with a concrete crack repair kit and seal the cold seam with a cold seam sealant. Lastly, seal the floor with a waterproofing concrete floor sealer.
You need to seal the visible cracks from top. Avoid stnyagnt water on slab. Water should run off. Provide slope using lean concrete so that water runs off. There are water proofing compound available on top of slab after above steps.
