You can silence the low battery warning “chirp” by pressing the Test/Silence button on the alarm cover.
Remove the alarm from your ceiling or wall. Open the cover and take out the battery. Press and hold the test button for 15-30 seconds. This will fully reset the smoke alarm and drain any charge left inside. Insert the new battery and close the battery compartment.
Even after the battery has died, the detector maintains a residual charge that will keep the chirp going for at least seven days. To get the device to stop chirping once the battery has been removed, you must drain this residual charge by holding the test button for 15 seconds.
If there's a low battery warning, you might need to replace the alarm system's battery. If the alarm persists after replacing the battery, consider power cycling the entire alarm system. Turn off the main power supply to the alarm, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on.
Go to your main control box and disconnect the battery supply, which will stop all beeping and shut your alarm system down. Once power is restored, you can reconnect your battery and your alarm system should work as before.
'Low battery chirp' is a short high pitched warning sounds emitted by your smoke alarm every 30-40 seconds. Pressing the 'Hush' button will force the alarm into 'low battery hush' mode, temporarily silencing the low battery warning for 8 hours, to give you time to replace the 9V battery.
Just go to settings --> Sounds --> scroll down to the end.... There under the heading "Charging Sounds" u will have options to enable/disable and other stuffs....
Smoke detectors chirp to indicate a low battery. This chirping happens every 30 to 60 seconds for at least seven days.

Pressing the “Test/Silence” button on the front of the unit should stop it from beeping or chirping. If this doesn't work, grasp the device and turn it counterclockwise.
Press the button on the face of the fire alarm to silence false alarms from cooking smoke or shower steam, as well as to test the alarm to ensure it is working.
Unmount and reset power
If the unit is still chirping, unmount the unit. Then use your circuit breaker to turn off AC power. Wait at least 15 seconds before turning power back on and remount the device.
Clear Residual Charge to Stop the Chirp
Press and hold the test button for 15-30 seconds.
In most cases, you can find the 'hush' button on the smoke detector's cover.
Low Battery or End-of-Life: This type of chirp indicates it is time to replace your smoke alarm's batteries or the smoke alarm itself.
The beeping sound the low battery alarm makes can become very annoying but can be disconnected by removing the drained battery from your home alarm system panel. Make sure to replace the drained battery with a new one to keep your home alarm system functioning properly.
Press the hush/silencing button. It will silence the entire interconnected system. The button may also say “test.” It should silence all the alarms immediately unless there's still smoke and debris. It will reset in eight minutes, given that the smoke and debris have dissipated.
Clicking Sound When Starting the Engine
This sound means there is not enough power in the battery to turn the starter motor. The clicking you hear is the feeble attempt to engage the starter when there is not enough energy to do so. When you hear this noise, your battery is almost entirely out of juice.
