Use a commercial countertop polish on your Corian countertop to make its surface shiny and new. You can also use polishes made for other types of countertops, such as granite, on your Corian countertops. Generously spread the polish onto the countertop in circular motions using a clean microfiber cloth.
Use a low-speed lambswool polisher and buff the entire surface with Corian polish, car polish or cutting compound, until the gloss is restored. Wash off any residual polish and wipe the countertop dry with a soft cloth.
Keep nail polish remover, bleach, detergent, permanent markers or inks, and oil soaps away from your Corian® Quartz.
Comment from contributor O: If you are looking to renew a gloss or semi-gloss finish to Corian, then begin with wet/dry 1000 or 1200 grit paper and progress to 2000 grit. Then finish with 3000 grit. The latter will produce a very high polish but you can go one step further with a commercial polish such as Soft Scrub.
Comments Section Corian can be bleached and sanded. Use a spray with 3/4 of liquid household bleach and 1/4 water to spray the sink and leave a few hours or overnight. The exposure time should be limited to 16hrs. In the morning, rinse or clean with a damp cloth.
Wipe the countertop surface with the help of an ammonia-based spray cleaner or warm soapy water for minor residue buildups, or with an abrasive cleaner for heavier buildups. This will help to remove minor scratches, scorch marks, and very stubborn stains from the Corian countertop and will revitalize it.
In your Corian® sink, feel free to use a light abrasive cleanser, such as Comet, Ajax, or Soft Scrub, and a blue Scotch-Brite pad. To keep a lustrous sheen to your countertops, regular use of a polisher such as Countertop Magic is recommended.

Commercial polishes made for other types of countertops, such as granite, will also work to polish your Corian countertops. These types of polishes are available at home improvement stores or online. Check the label to make sure that it is safe for your countertops.
APPLICATIONS In addition to fibreglass, cultured marble and acrylic surfaces, use Gel-Gloss confidently on ceramic, chrome, stainless steel, porcelain and plastic laminate surfaces. It can also be used on acrylics, corian, and stainless steel sinks.
In terms of durability, Corian tends to be more easily damaged by hot surfaces than natural stone. It's also more prone to scratches than surfaces like quartz and granite.
Do Not Use On Granite or Marble. If you have soft surface countertops like granite or marble, step away from the magic eraser. You can use them on laminate, Corian, quartz, and other solid surface countertops, but do a spot check.
Use a multi-surface cleaner such as Windex® Multi-Surface Disinfectant Cleaner to clean and shine countertops made of sealed granite, sealed marble, Corian®, Formica® and more. For a gentle clean that also works on a variety of surfaces, try Windex® Vinegar Glass Cleaner.
Keep the Counters Shiny If your Corian quartz has a glossy finish, buffing the surface with microfiber cloth after applying a combination quartz and Corian polish and cleaner like Granite Gold Quartz Brite® is all you have to do to keep it shiny. You won't need to seal the countertops.
Corian and other solid surface materials are generally warranted for 10 years; but in practice, they can easily last 30 years or more. Scratches and burns—or simply the need to change styles—may eventually make you want to replace these countertops.
Some ideas for removing stains from your Corian worktops: Spray lemon juice or vinegar on the stain and leave for a few minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry properly. A solution of spirit vinegar and bicarbonate of soda can be rubbed on in small circular motions and rinsed off with clean water.
Professional resurfacing or refinishing for Corian countertops costs about $4 to $9 per square foot. Corian is nonporous and a solid surface, so you don't have to seal it. You can buff out scratches, dents, scuffs, and even some burns with sandpaper and epoxy for about $30.
Use trivets or pads with hot skillets or roasting pans, and always use a cutting board. Never chop or slice food directly on your countertops. WHAT NOT TO USE NO WAX OR POLISH NECESSARY Because it is nonporous, Corian® Quartz does not require sealants or waxes.
You can use a commercial polishing compound or make your own using baking soda and water. Apply your polish with a solid cloth using rub down your countertop using circular motions. Once you have applied the polish, start wiping away any excess with a clean cloth.
