Use a mixture of fifty percent vinegar and fifty percent water in a spray bottle for easy application. Spray liberally over the affected areas of your sink and let it sit for about 15 to 30 minutes. The diluted acidity in the vinegar will work to break down the hard water stains and deposits.
We have very hard water here and to remove the white haze, use any magic eraser and saturate the eraser with CLR brand (a calcium, lime and rust remover). Clean the sink with this and no hard scrubbing is needed. I go over the sink a second time right away. Rinse the sink and let dry.
