To make the countertop shine, spray them with a vinegar solution. Mix 2 cups water with 1 tablespoon vinegar in a spray bottle (Image 1 below). Spray the countertop down, and allow the solution to sit for 2 minutes (Image 2 below). Finally, wipe the counter clean.

Laminate is a durable surface but can be damaged with improper cleaning, or if spills or food residue are allowed to sit on the countertops without cleaning. Many commercial cleaning products can damage or dull the finish, but you can restore your laminate countertops to their original shiny finish by polishing them.
Over time your laminate counter may start to look dull - you can restore its shine by applying a laminate polish with a clean, dry cloth. Allow the polish to dry, then buff the counter with a second cloth.
Using dish soap or other soap-based cleaners to clean your countertops will result in a film that makes surfaces look dull. It's an easy fix, though. Simply get a quality soap film remover to get the shine back. High mineral content in your water (hard water) can also result in a dulling buildup on your countertops.
Scrubs. Scrubbing is a great way to make the surface of a laminate countertop more even, which helps it have a more reflective shine. A great natural method is to mix baking soda with water to form a rough paste. This can be buffed onto the counter, then removed with a damp cloth.
However, you can clean and polish laminate with a product like Gel-Gloss, a milky white cleaner/polish much like automotive wax. With a little rubbing, Gel-Gloss will remove most stains and discoloration with its mild abrasive and solvent cleaner.
Shake a bottle of laminate floor polish gently and then squirt, spray, or pour some on the floor, starting in the farthest corner of the room. Spread the polish with a lint-free clean mop, microfiber towel, or the apparatus that was sold with the floor polish.
The Gel-Gloss Story:
Cleans, protects and restores luster. Highly recommended for use on acrylics, Corian, porcelain, ceramic, Formica and stainless steel surfaces. Works great on tubs, vanities, sinks, showers, spas and countertops.
Laminate that Looks Like Quartz
Synonymous with laminate countertops, Formica offers countless styles and colors. If you like the look of quartz, this Bottle Glass Quartz style from Formica may be what you're looking for. Make your countertops look like new with this unique refinishing process.
COUNTERTOPS POLISH AND CLEANER RECOMMENDED FOR LAMINATES, FORMICA. CORIAN, MARBLE, GRANITE, STAINLESS STEEL (236 ML).
Use a wet cloth and a small amount of dishwashing liquid to remove any soil or residue from the entire surface of the laminate countertop. HGTV recommends using baking soda if you have any particularly tough stains to remove – apply baking soda to the spot, and then scrub away with a sponge.
Clear coats like Minwax Polycrylic are available in several sheens. I chose clear satin; the application marks are less visible than with semi- or high-gloss. It has been six months since my first application of the protective finish, and there have been no problems with peeling or discoloration.
CLEANING CAN BE NATURALLY SAFE
Another great response for how to clean laminate wood floors involves a bucket, hot water, a mop, Murphy® Oil Soap or a similar natural cleaner that's safe to use on laminate.
For most residues, all you need to clean your Corian® Solid Surface countertops is warm soapy water, ammonia-based household cleaner, or a dedicated countertop cleaner. Do avoid window cleaners, however, as they can leave a waxy build-up that dulls the surface. Always clean using a circular motion.
