How you cancel your home security contract depends on what brand your system is. However, the options are typically either calling, emailing, or live chatting the company, or cancelling within your online account.
If all is clear, try disarming your system. If you have a touch screen, look for a trouble alert and acknowledge it by pressing that symbol on your keypad. Check the message that is displaying on your keypad. If the smoke detector has a low battery, the beeping may return until the battery is changed.
Remove the AC power to the home alarm console from the wall directly. Use your console's access key (or another item such as a small screw) to unlock and open the system's backing. Lastly, disconnect at least one of the wires that are attached to the system's main battery, which is blocky and noticeable in most units.

The P1 on your keypad stands for Partition 1. It's normal for this to display on your panel, and it doesn't indicate that anything is wrong with your system. Although most people only have one, your alarm system can have multiple partitions.
Change the batteries
Alarm beeping is a built-in warning that signals the power is fading, and that a new battery will be required soon. There are two options. Go ahead and put in fresh batteries all around. The beeping should stop when you've hit on the culprit.
The quickest way to shut off an alarm is to enter your code to the control panel. Most of the security systems we test also have apps through which you can cancel the alarm. In any case, you must know your disarm code.

Open your device's Clock app . Tap Alarm. On the alarm you want, tap the Down arrow . Cancel: Turn the switch on or off.
