Indeed, it is apparent in everyday experience that heating heightens the appreciation of odors sensed orthonasally; it would be very surprising if the same were not true of odors that originate in the mouth.
Last but not least, ceiling fans can assist with ventilation. You can encourage fumes, odors, and other airborne substances to drift out of your home by turning on a ceiling fan and opening a window.
A bowl of vinegar can start absorbing odors almost immediately and is typically adequate for up to 24 hours. When left out in a room, the acetic acid in vinegar neutralizes alkaline odors, such as those from smoke, cooking, or pet accidents, by binding with the odor molecules and neutralizing them.
