Fortunately, as mentioned, cockroaches are unlikely to go in your mouth, even when you're sleeping. Even though mouths are warm and moist, cockroaches are wise enough to stay away from them.
Cockroaches can crawl into human ears in their quest for food. This is most likely to happen at night while you're sleeping when these nocturnal insects are most active. A cockroach will crawl into your ear to consume earwax and could become stuck. The roach may then die due to dehydration or by being crushed by you.
At night, cockroaches crawl on humans. They are inclined to seek warm, humid environments. Also, they are fond of the soft tissues of the human body. Thus, if there is a chance for the cockroach to crawl on you, they will most likely do so.
Cockroaches can lay eggs in human hair, but it's very unlikely. Most people would feel even the smallest cockroach scuttling through their hair and would remove it before it had the chance to lay its eggs.
The myth that killing a cockroach will spread its eggs isn't true, but killing a cockroach with force can attract more. But that can be used to your advantage if it brings bugs out of hiding to be eliminated.
If you touch a cockroach, you risk becoming infected with some serious diseases, including bacteria that cause dysentery. According to the World Health Organization, cockroaches commonly transmit these diseases to humans: Salmonellosis. Typhoid Fever.
Are Cockroaches Attracted to Urine? Cockroaches are attracted to anything that they can feed on. Urine has a strong, pungent smell, and about 91 to 96 percent is water, which can attract cockroaches and other pests. They can attract germs through urine and later contaminate your food.
Their poop looks like a grain of rice, or coffee-ground and has a waxy texture. The size of cockroach droppings or poop can vary depending upon the type of cockroach. Also, cockroaches don't pee, but instead, they release excess water and waste through defecation.

Feces is a rich source of nutrients for cockroaches and they'll eat it wherever they find it. This includes dog feces, cat feces, and rodent droppings.
As far as entomologists are concerned, insects do not have pain receptors the way vertebrates do. They don't feel 'pain,' but may feel irritation and probably can sense if they are damaged. Even so, they certainly cannot suffer because they don't have emotions.

The idea that pregnant roaches lay their eggs when killed is a myth. It's been around for decades. It likely developed because of a misunderstanding about how the cockroach's egg sac (or ootheca) operates.
Can Cockroaches Play Dead? Cockroaches can, indeed, play dead. Many have reported seeing cockroaches stay completely still (sometimes even roll onto their backs) until a human presence or threat has gone away. Once they detect the coast is clear, the cockroach will flip back onto its feet and scuttle away to safety.
The cockroaches are excellent at eating bed bugs.
Roaches are naturally attracted to food crumbs and dirt. In addition, roaches spread disease. Cockroach feces and saliva contain a variety of allergens. Therefore, this is not a pest you want to bring into your home to control bed bugs.
Cockroach Bites

Attracted males approach females and flap their wings to denote interest. Reproduction commences when a male cockroach backs into a female cockroach, depositing sperm.
