Most household antibacterial wipes and disinfectants are actually super abrasive and can damage or scratch your phone. Disinfecting wipes are effective at killing germs, but if they're not specifically designed to clean phones, they can corrode and remove the protective coating on the glass screen.
Wet wipes are Terrible screen cleaners because they leave a residue- and some may have ingredients that could harm your screen in the long run. They usually have stuff in them to keep skin from getting too dried out, so at best, it's like wiping a thin film of lotion on your screen.
Wet wipes are not recommended. The wet wipes are usually not pure water, which may affect the screen. Generally use a slightly damp soft cloth to wipe, and then use a clean cloth or a good quality paper towel to dry. If you need to use a cleaning solution, you can buy a 3m screen cleaning solution.
Use only a soft, lint-free cloth, like microfiber, to wipe away smudges. Abrasive materials, such as rough cloths, towels and paper towels, could scratch the glass and damage the oil-repelling coating on the glass screen. Let everything air dry before you pop your case back on.
Using a 70 percent isopropyl alcohol wipe, 75 percent ethyl alcohol wipe, or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, you may gently wipe the exterior surfaces of your iPhone.

Rubbing Alcohol: It's not recommended to use alcohol to clean the most of monitor screens because it contains corrosive substances to damage the coating on the LCD panels.

Disinfecting wipes are perfect for cleaning your toilet, bathtub, shower walls, faucet, sink, vanity counter, trash cans, and bathroom tiles. We even recommend using them on light switches, door handles, and towel racks. Some brands offer textured wipes for a more effective cleaning.
Don't use household disinfecting wipes on your computer screen. The same goes for your old T-shirts that you've saved from the last time you had to help a friend paint their walls. Save that for the next time you have to wipe down the bathtub, not your computer screens.
For more persistent marks and dirt, you can use some gentle face or baby wipes, or a little bit of household hand soap. If you do opt for cleaning wipes, use them sparingly and make sure they're approved for use on electrical devices. If not, Turner says a little soap, water, and a cloth will do just fine.
DO use a lint-free microfiber cloth to clean your screens. Even if not initially visible, materials other than soft microfiber cloths (even paper towels) can cause scratches on your phone's screen, which then build up over time.
70% isopropyl alcohol wipe: Apple, Samsung, and Google all recommend using isopropyl alcohol–based cleaning wipes on their devices. Apple also says you can use 75% ethyl alcohol wipes or Clorox Disinfecting Wipes. Samsung additionally suggests 50- to 80-ppm hypochlorous acid–based solutions.
Don't use harsh chemicals, including Windex, disinfectant wipes, diluted bleach, anything with ammonia, or alcohol-based cleaners.
