The combination of Dawn dish soap and vinegar is well known to be a miracle cleaning solution. You can use this cleaning mix on your microfiber if it is safe for water-based cleaners. Simply fill a bucket half full with warm water. Add 2 cups of vinegar and 3 tablespoons of dish soap.
Clean a Microfiber Couch with Gentle Liquid Soap. You'll clean your microfiber couch using a frothy bath made from 1/2 cup liquid dish soap and 2 cups of warm water. Whisk liquid soap into a foamy lather and apply it to the sofa using a soft-bristled brush.

'Repeat if necessary, and vacuum with a water extractor portable machine to dry. The water will be completely suctioned and the alcohol will evaporate without a mark.

Most microfiber couch covers are washing machine friendly, meaning the main part of the cleaning process is easy. Oberon suggests using warm water and mild laundry detergent [such as this one on Amazon]. However, you should be careful not to use bleach or fabric softener, as they can damage the fabric.

Avoid detergents that contain fragrances or additives and don't use fabric softener, which can coat the fibers and render them ineffective at cleaning. And don't be worried about its deep blue color — the stain-fighting soap doesn't tint your clothing and can be used on whites and light colors.
'Dish soap was not formulated to clean clothes like laundry detergent is, so while it may remove some dirt and grease stains, it will not clean your clothes as effectively,' confirms cleaning expert, Sara San Angelo. 'It will also leave soap residue on fabrics that is hard to get out.
*For best results, use 1-2 sprays of Dawn® Powerwash with nozzle 3-6 inches from fabric, wash in a top-loading washing machine—be sure not to use too much, and don't use on delicate fabrics like silk.
