KRUD KUTTER® Pre-Paint Cleaner / TSP Substitute You can use this at full strength, and no dilution is required.
Klean Strip TSP alternative is another biodegradable cleaner that functions well as a substitute for TSP. Because it lacks phosphate, it isn't as effective for cutting grease as TSP. Although the formulation is biodegradable, it is still an irritant and proper eye and skin protection should be used.

Most versions of Krud Kutter state they are no-rinse, but if you really cake it on, it can foam up and leave a residue. A quick wipe with a damp rag certainly won't hurt anything.
Liquid TSP Substitute Cleaner. Description. A heavy duty all-purpose cleaner that cuts through and removes heavy deposits of greasy dirt and grime from interior and exterior surfaces.
Krud Kutter is a pre-paint cleaner and TSP substitute. We recommend using Krud Kutter before painting your furniture. It will eliminate all grease, grime, oils, Pledge build-up, etc from your piece. Krud Kutter also slightly deglosses the surface and prepares it for paint.
Use the pinch method.
Using your index finger, middle finger, and thumb to grasp dry ingredients, like salt or baking powder, will measure approximately an eighth of a teaspoon. If you need a full teaspoon, use eight pinches of the ingredients.
Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes and then let air dry or wipe up excess liquid. Rinse food contact surfaces with potable water after use. Rinsing is not necessary unless floors are to be coated with finish or restorer. Replace solution if it becomes soiled.
Greasy Cabinet Cleaning Method: Castile Soap + Baking Soda + Vinegar. The method: Fill a 32-ounce spray bottle with a cup of white vinegar, a few drops of castile liquid soap (we like Dr. Bronner's concentrated version), a tablespoon of baking soda, and water.
Pressure Washer: Dilute 40 to 1 for vinyl siding, driveways and equipment. Restaurants and Food Processing Plants: Dilute 4 to 1 on tough jobs; dilute 4 oz. with 1 gallon of water for normal cleaning.
When mixed 1:10 (12 oz. of concentrate with 1-gallon of water), one bottle of concentrate will make 11 gallons of premix, and clean up to 3,200 sq. ft.

Klean Strip® TSP Substitute cleans before painting. You can paint as soon as the surface is dry. It is okay if paint cannot be applied immediately, but try to paint within a week, before dust or other debris can build up. Do not use on porous or non-washable wallpaper.
TSP is still sold and used as a cleaning agent, but since the late 1960s, its use has diminished in the United States and many other parts of the world because, like many phosphate-based cleaners, it is known to cause extensive eutrophication of lakes and rivers once it enters a water system.
When mixed with water, TSP is a highly alkaline solution that can cause irreversible damage to many common household surfaces. It is strongly recommended that TSP not be used in bathrooms, in particular, because it can darken and corrode metal fixtures; cause etching in glass and ceramic tile; and eat away at grout.
Krud Kutter Kitchen Degreaser All Purpose Cleaner removes tough grease from on stovetops & range hoods, countertops, cabinets, walls & floors, carpet & fabrics and showers. It is safe to use on most surfaces including stainless steel, granite and sealed stone.
Create a cleaning solution with 1-part baking soda, 2 parts warm water and the lemon juice. Add the solution to a spray bottle and spray the liquid onto the kitchen cabinets. Leave for 2-3 minutes, allowing the baking soda to work its magic. Use the soft sponge to gently scrub the grease away.
Always be sure to completely rinse TSP from the walls (and let the walls dry) before you paint. If you don't, the new paint won't adhere properly. Rinsing the solution with a clean, damp sponge should be all you need to end up with a beautiful paint job.
Pour Krud Kutter directly from container on area to be cleaned. Work into surface with a stiff brush or broom. Wait 5 to 10 minutes, then scrub again. Rinse surface thoroughly with water or power wash to remove all cleaner residue.
A teaspoon is 5ml, so if you have metric measuring items, such as a measuring jug or even a clean medicine cap, you can do a quick measurement that way. Otherwise, the tip of your index finger from your first knuckle to the tip is roughly equal around a teaspoon. A tablespoon is 15ml.
You can use the 1/12 tsp for 1/8 tsp measurements and measure a wee bit generously, and use a 1/4 tsp measure for any multiples. You can use two of the 1/16 tsp measures for 1/8 tsp instead. You can purchase a separate 1/8 tsp measuring spoon.
Is a Regular Spoon a Teaspoon? In a flatware set, teaspoon refers to the small spoon used in a traditional place setting. It's the most common spoon used for dining. If you can't find a measuring spoon, you can use a flatware teaspoon to approximate a teaspoon in some recipes.
